Leo's opened in 1948 and was an immediate success, known for cleanliness and home cooked Italian meals the restaurant quickly established a following.Throughout the 1950's and 60's Leo's was a popular favorite for the locals. As time went on Panteleone began to slow down and scaled back the restaurant to take out only and was open only on the weekends and by 1976 the restaurant had closed for good.
      In 1999 Mario (Leo's son) and Paul (his Grandson) had decided to reopen Leo's. Located close to the original restaurant Mario and Paul expanded on the original concept of Leo's. Fresh cooked Italian foods were still the mainstays of the menu but with new additions and exciting specials. The restaurant quickly re-established itself as a popular eatery and continues to expand on the original Leo's idea.
